The company was started in March 1999 to work with and help enterprises (whether public or private) improve their performance. All industries and businesses know that to flourish in the future they must be flexible, strategic and skilled. To achieve these ends industries and businesses must plan and clarify their goals and business needs. With a clear pathway forward identified, business and industry leaders must ensure they have access to the skills required to meet the challenges and opportunities ahead. Organisational structures and practices need to be regularly reviewed and processes put in place to develop staff skills and ensure the people are available to drive the organisation forward.
